Plantains are widely enjoyed all over the world and is a staple on the plates and in the kitchens of many Caribbean people. They are related to bananas but much bigger in size and starchier in taste. They can be enjoyed with anything you'd like. Stuffing them takes things to a whole new level of joy and excitement. This recipe calls for Saltfish aka Salted Cod Fish as the filling but you can feel free to swap it out with anything of your choice. This is a warning that you will be hooked to these!
