Cookss Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

 

4 medium sized Potatoes, cubed

1/4 tsp Vegetable Seasoning

1/2 tsp All Purpose Seasoning

1/2 tsp Paprika

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Salt

1/2 tsp Sazon

1 tbsp Butter

1 small Onion, diced fine

1/2 of a small Sweet Pepper, diced fine

2 cloves garlic, minced

Oil

 

Directions:

In a bowl combine evenly Potatoes, Vegetable Seasoning, All-Purpose Seasoning, Paprika, Black Pepper, a dash of Salt and the Sazon. I used baby Potatoes (equivalent to about 4 cups of Potatoes)  for this recipe but you can feel free to use regular sized potatoes. The purpose of Sazon in this dish is strictly for coloring, so if you don’t have this seasoning on hand, feel free to omit it from the recipe. 

                                 

Place a skillet over a medium heat to preheat with enough oil to coat the pot.

Add the potatoes to the pot once fully heated and stir for about 2 mins. Lower your heat to low and cover the pot. Allow the Potatoes to cook for about 15-20mins covered. Though I would highly suggest to use a non stick pot, be sure to stir the potatoes momentarily to prevent sticking and to help them to cook evenly.

Now add the Butter, Onions, Sweet Pepper and Garlic. Allow to cook for an additional 5 mins or until the Potatoes are nice and tender.

Serve with your favorite sides!
