Prep Time: 20 mins

Cooking Time: 13 mins

Total Time: 33 mins

Ingredients:

2lbs Shrimp, cleaned and deveined

1 tsp Fish Seasoning

1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

2 tbsp Chicken or Vegetable Stock

2 tbsp White Wine

1 tsp of your favorite hot sauce, preferably one that’s made with Scott Bonnet Pepper

2 tbsp Lemon Butter

1 tbsp unsalted Butter

2 tbsp fresh Parsely

2 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tbsp Fresh Garlic or 4 cloves, chopped fine

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Wash Shrimp using lemon juice and cool water. Pat dry and season using Fish Seasoning, Old Bay Seasoning, Parsley and chopped Garlic. Set aside.

In a separate container, combine white wine, chicken stock, lemon juice and pepper sauce. Set aside. You can use your favorite white wine for this dish or a simple cooking wine works also.

Pour Shrimp in a baking dish in a single layer , ensuring that they are not laying on top of each other. Pour wine mixture over Shrimp and then top with the Lemon Butter and unsalted Butter. You can either crumble your butters in pieces or cut them into small cubes using a knife. If you don’t have lemon butter at home you can check out my recipe on how I flavored some regular unsalted butter right here or you should be able to find some at your local supermarket.

Garnish with some Lemon slices and place Shrimp in oven to bake for about 9-13 mins. Serve immediately with some French Bread or your favorite sides!
