Ingredients
2lb Potatoes
1/2 tsp Vegetable Seasoning
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Salt
1/3 cup Oil
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Honey
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Prep your potatoes by scrubbing and washing them with the skin on, to get rid of any excess dirt. I used Red skin potatoes, but you can White/Yellow Potatoes too.
Cut your potatoes into cubes, or halves if using small ones. Ensure that you cut them into uniform sizes so that they cook at the same time.
In a bowl add the potatoes, Vegetable seasoning, a dash of Salt, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Italian Seasoning and the oil. Combine all ingredients evenly.
Spread the potatoes on a lined baking tray/dish in an even layer, ensuring that they are not on top of each other.
Place in the oven uncovered to bake for about 40 mins. Be sure to turn them half way through baking.
Remove the potatoes from the oven after 40 mins and drizzle as much Honey as you’d like over them. I used about a 1/4 cup and combined it with the potatoes, just to ensure that they have been evenly coated in the honey.
Place them back in the oven to bake for an additional 10 mins or until they are nice and golden.
Serve with your favorite sides!
