With Corn being available year round, it is always a perfect side to add to any meal. Not only is it convenient but it is also quick to prepare and delicious no matter how prepared. This corn recipe is not only easy and quick but it is sure to please the crowd!
Ingredients:
2 ears of Corn
2 tsp Vegetable seasoning
3 tbsp salted Butter, melted
3 cloves Garlic, Minced fine
1 1/2 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the corn into equal portions.
Place them in a bowl along with the Butter, Parsley, Garlic and the vegetable seasoning and combine evenly.
Feel free to use any amount of butter you’d like.
Place the seasoned corn on a baking tray or in a baking container and cover tightly with foil paper.
Place in the oven to bake for 20 mins covered and an additional 25 mins uncovered.
Remove the corn from the oven and serve nice and hot. You can finish them off with some extra melted Butter if you’d like.
