Cook Time: 1 hour

Total Time:  1 hour 20 mins

Ingredients

1lb Ground Beef

1 can Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained

1 can Pinto Beans, drained

15 oz Tomato Sauce

2 tbsp Tomato Paste

1 3/4 cup Beef Broth

1/2 cup Water

1/2 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Chili powder

2 tbsp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Cumin

1 tbsp All Purpose Seasoning

1 medium sized onion, cubed

6 cloves Garlic, minced fine

1 tbsp Creole Seasoning

1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning

1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper (optional)

1 Sweet Pepper, cubed

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Directions

In a preheated medium sized pot brown your ground beef, over a medium-high heat, and drain any excess oil once it has been fully cooked.

Add the Onion, Garlic and Sweet Pepper to sauté with the Beef for about 5 mins while stirring.

Add the Paprika, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Cumin, All Purpose Seasoning, Creole Seasoning, Cajun Seasoning and Cayenne Pepper (optional) also.

Add the Tomato Sauce and allow it to simmer with the beef for about 10 mins then add the Tomato paste, Red beans, Pinto beans, Beef Stock, Water, Brown Sugar and salt to the pot.

Be sure to taste your pot and adjust the seasonings as necessary.

You can feel free to personalize your ingredients also by adding your favorite vegetables. You can also make the recipe vegan by omitting the Beef and the Beef stock. You can use vegetable stock instead.

Lower your heat to low and allow your chili to simmer for about 45 mins and be sure to stir occasionally.

Serve with your favorite toppings/sides once done and you can store any leftovers in the freezer.
