Prep Time: 30 mins

Cook Time: 1hr 15 mins

Total Time:  1 hr 45mins

Ingredients:

4 Chicken Leg Quarter

1 tbsp Chicken Seasoning

1 tbsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp ground Ginger

1 tsp ground Pimento

1/2 tbsp Paprika

1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar

Thyme (remove the leaves from the stem

1tsp Black Pepper

2 tsp All Purpose Seasoning

Parsely, chopped

Rosemary, chopped

Directions:

Clean the chicken of any excess fat or to your liking and then wash using Vinegar, lime and cool water. Pat dry of any excess water and set aside.

You can use any amount of each herb to your liking or 1 tbsp Rosemary, 1 tbsp Parsley and 1 tbsp Thyme. Combine the herbs in a bowl with the Balsamic Vinegar, Chicken Seasoning, Garlic Powder, ground Ginger, Pimento, Paprika, All Purpose Seasoning,  & the Black Pepper. If you have your own green seasoning or fresh blend on hand, feel free to add 1 tbsp to your marinade also for some extra flavor.

Pour the marinade all over the chicken, and massage it into the chicken, ensuring that the marinade and a lot of the herbs gets under the skin. Allow the chicken to marinate for 6 hours-overnight.

Preheat the oven 380 degrees.

Place chicken on a lined baking tray and place in the oven to bake for about 1 hour 15 mins or until the internal temperature reads 165 when food thermometer is inserted. Be sure to base your chicken with any juices it released every 30mins while its baking and then drain all the juices about 20 mins before the chicken is done completely. Doing this will help the chicken skin to crisp up some.

Allow the chicken to rest for 5 mins before serving with your favorite sides.
