Prep Time: 20 mins

Cook Time: 35 mins

Total Time:  55 mins

Ingredients

1 lb Crab Legs

1 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter

1/2 tbsp Fish Seasoning

1/2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

2 Lemons

1/2 tbsp Cock Seasoning

8 large cloves Garlic, minced

1 small Onion, cubed

1 tsp Black Pepper

2 tsp Garlic Powder

2 tsp Cajun seasoning

2 Corn

1lb Potatoes

Oven roasting clear Bags

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 370 degrees.

Prep your corn by cutting each one into 3 equal sections. Prep the potatoes by cutting them into 2-4 equal parts depending on the size of potatoes you use. Place them in a large pot of boiling water to boil for 10 mins max. Remove them from the boiling water and set them aside once they are done.

In a skillet melt the Butter and then add the onions to sauté for 2 mins and then the garlic over a medium-low heat. Stir constantly to prevent them from burning.

Add the juice of 1 Lemon, the Fish Seasoning, Cock Seasoning, Black Pepper, Cajun Seasoning and Old Bay Seasoning and stir. Depending on the brand Cajun Seasoning that you use, you can add more but be careful as some brands can be very salty. You can also add some hot sauce to add some heat. Allow your sauce to cook for about 5 mins while stirring occasionally, just to allow the seasonings to come together. Remove from the fire and set aside once done.

Prep your crab legs by scrubbing them using a kitchen brush, cool water and Lemon juice.

Use a large deep bowl or a pot to assist with holding up the oven roasting bag, if needed, and add all of your ingredients. Add the Potatoes, Corn, Crab legs and then the butter sauce. Tie the bag and shake it up to help everything combine all the ingredients evenly.

Place it on a baking tray and place in the oven to bake for 25 mins.

Serve right away and enjoy!
