Made with tender salmon pieces coated in smoky Cajun seasoning and caramelized brown sugar, this recipe delivers the perfect balance of sweet and spicy in every bite. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb salmon, skin removed, cut into 1–1½ inch cubes
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder or 1/2 tsp Dried Onion Flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper
Pinch of cayenne or 1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp dried Thyme
1/2 tsp dried Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 425 F.
In a bowl, gently toss salmon cubes with olive oil.
In a separate small bowl, mix together all spices listed under “Ingredients” along with the Brown Sugar.

Sprinkle seasoning mix over salmon and toss until evenly coated.

On a lined baking tray arrange the salmon bites in an even layer. You can also use a greased baking tray.
Place in the oven to bake for 8–10 minutes.
Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra caramelization.

Serve over rice, in tacos, on salads, with roasted veggies or any side of your choice!
You can serve the Salmon Bites plain or top with your favorite sauce. I combined Sweet Chili Sauce with a little Mayo and topped mine. It was chef’s kiss!
